Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Nestly, we take quality seriously and aim to deliver a smooth experience every time. However, in rare cases of damage or wrong product delivery, we offer return, refund, or exchange support—under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for wrong or damaged products.
- Change of mind, wrong product selection, or preference-based returns/exchanges are not allowed.
- A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the item.
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Exchange Policy
- You may exchange the item for the same product or a different Nestly product of equal or higher value (you’ll need to pay the price difference, if any).
- Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- All exchanges are subject to product stock and serviceable pin codes.
Return & Refund
- If we are unable to offer a replacement, you may request a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product is picked up (if applicable) and verified.
- Refunds are not applicable if the issue is reported late or without video proof.
- Return pickups are subject to logistics availability in your area.
Important Conditions
- Products bought under special promotions or offers may have different return/exchange terms.
- Free gifts received with purchases must be returned along with the main product.
- No return, refund, or exchange will be processed without proper unboxing video proof.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on video evidence and product condition.
