Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nestly, we take quality seriously and aim to deliver a smooth experience every time. However, in rare cases of damage or wrong product delivery, we offer return, refund, or exchange support—under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

  1. We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for wrong or damaged products.
  2. Change of mind, wrong product selection, or preference-based returns/exchanges are not allowed.
  3. A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the item.
  4. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  5. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Exchange Policy

  1. You may exchange the item for the same product or a different Nestly product of equal or higher value (you’ll need to pay the price difference, if any).
  2. Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  3. All exchanges are subject to product stock and serviceable pin codes.

Return & Refund

  1. If we are unable to offer a replacement, you may request a refund.
  2. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product is picked up (if applicable) and verified.
  3. Refunds are not applicable if the issue is reported late or without video proof.
  4. Return pickups are subject to logistics availability in your area.

Important Conditions

  1. Products bought under special promotions or offers may have different return/exchange terms.
  2. Free gifts received with purchases must be returned along with the main product.
  3. No return, refund, or exchange will be processed without proper unboxing video proof.
  4. We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on video evidence and product condition.
