Delivery Time & Process

  1. We strive to deliver products in excellent condition within the shortest time possible.
  2. Estimated delivery time is provided after order placement or after shipping.
  3. Orders are typically fulfilled within 8-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekend and holidays).
  4. Deliveries may vary based on location, shipping method, and carrier logistics. Some products may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Charges

  1. Prepaid orders above ₹1299 qualify for free shipping.
  2. Prepaid orders of ₹1299 or less will have a ₹51 shipping fee.
  3. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a ₹51 shipping charge.

Damaged Items

If you receive a Nestly product that is damaged—either in its outer packaging or the item itself—please ensure you record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must show the condition of the packaging and the product inside to be considered valid proof.

  1. Your Order ID
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. The unboxing video clearly showing the damage

This video proof is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request due to product damage.
